About Drake's

Founded in 1977, Drake's has grown from a specialist maker of handcrafted ties into one of Britain's most respected menswear brands. Today, under the creative direction of Michael Hill, the collection spans soft tailoring made in Italy, traditional knitwear produced in Scotland, shirts crafted in our own factory in Chard, Somerset, alongside premium jersey, outerwear, accessories, and selvedge denim - all united by our philosophy of Relaxed Elegance.

We are proud of our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, quality materials, thoughtful design, and enduring style. Our clothes are made to be worn, enjoyed, and appreciated for years to come, finding their way into the wardrobes of artists, architects, chefs, writers, photographers, entrepreneurs, and discerning customers around the world.

Our flagship store at 9 Savile Row is where clients from around the world experience the Drake's brand at its fullest. From first-time visitors to longstanding customers, every interaction is built on genuine hospitality, thoughtful advice, and a shared appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and timeless style.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with a genuine enthusiasm for quality clothing and personal style, who enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and takes pride in delivering an exceptional retail experience. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
