Sales Associate - Battersea Power Station

Sales Assistant

The Company

Founded by Andrew Rosen in 1997, Theory revolutionized the contemporary market with its urban uniform concept—a collection of elevated essentials. After Fast Retailing’s acquisition in 2004, the brand expanded globally, now operating 221 freestanding stores worldwide. The launch of e-commerce in 2010 and strategic collaborations with department and specialty stores keep Theory at the forefront of an omnichannel momentum.

As a premier brand under Fast Retailing Group, Theory blends luxury with accessibility, renowned for its precisely tailored silhouettes and exceptional fabrics.

The Role

The Sales Assistant fosters a community of loyal customers by serving as a consultant—not just a clerk. This means going beyond transactions: building rapport, identifying customer needs, and presenting the right product solutions to enhance satisfaction.

  • Complete daily tasks as assigned by store management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
