Join us in bringing our newly established Biscuits department to life. Showcasing Fortnum's much-loved range of luxury biscuits, from timeless classics to innovative seasonal creations, this exciting new department offers customers a truly distinctive shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers discover the perfect treat, gift, or indulgence, sharing the stories behind our products and creating memorable moments with every interaction.

Please note: this role is a full-time permanent role (37.5 hours per week).

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver an exceptional personalised service within our Biscuits department
  • Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for Fortnum's renowned biscuit range, helping customers discover new favourites and find the perfect selection for every occasion
  • Identify customer preferences and tastes to create engaging and memorable storytelling experiences
  • Support the presentation and replenishment of products, ensuring the department is always beautifully maintained
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment, or a genuine passion for luxury food products
  • Enthusiasm for fine food and gifting, inspiring customers through knowledgeable recommendations and engaging conversation
  • A friendly, warm approach with excellent people skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining exceptional retail standards
