Key Responsibilities
As our brand ambassador, your role is to deliver a successful customer experience through:
- Comprehensive and personalised service, driven by expertise and openness.
- Ambassador for our brand, showcasing our values and quality with professional support.
- Confident handling of our cash register system, including daily closings, exchanges, and refunds with precision.
- Ability to maintain good composure and positive energy, even in hectic situations.
- Attention to detail in presenting products according to brand guidelines—ensuring our shop floor aligns with an inviting, high-quality display.
- Collaborating with your team to manage inventory, stock organisation, and restocking shelves.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone with:
- Initial professional experience in high-quality (shoe) retail.
- A customer service mindset—you love engaging with people and thrive as a knowledgeable support contact.
- The ability to inspire both colleagues and customers through your positive personality.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a major advantage).
- A genuine passion for our products and brand—you identify with BIRKENSTOCK’s ethos and are eager to contribute to our success.
