What you'll do

As a Daisy London Jewellery Advisor, you'll be the heartbeat of our concession:

  • Welcome customers into the Daisy world with warmth, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm
  • Guide customers through our collections, helping them find pieces that resonate
  • Build meaningful connections with both new and returning clients
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets through honest, consultative selling
  • Maintain the visual standards of the concession — beautiful always
  • Keep up to date with new collections, product launches, and brand storytelling
  • Carry out engraving using our personalised engraving machine
  • Work alongside the host store team to create a seamless, elevated customer experience
  • Handle daily operations including stock management, replenishment, and reporting
  • Manage store returns and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive lasting impression
  • Be confident welcoming VIP guests for gifting appointments

Who you are

The ideal candidate brings:

  • A true lover of the Daisy London brand, with the confidence and charisma to be a natural brand ambassador in one of London's most prestigious retail destinations
  • A genuine passion for jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle retail
  • Natural confidence and charm in a customer-facing environment
  • Sales-driven attitude
  • Previous retail or sales experience — fine or fashion jewellery is a plus
  • An eye for detail and a love of beautiful, well-presented spaces
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with all kinds of people
  • A proactive attitude and the drive to take initiative
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as the rota requires
  • Well-presented, with a strong appreciation for fashion, jewellery and personal style.
