About the Role

In this Sales Associate position, you’ll launch a career in sales and build a robust skillset in sales execution, lead generation, and business development. You will support our team in securing new clients, partnering closely with Sales Reps to acquire revenue opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Outreach: Investigate companies and leads, gathering contact details (name, email, phone number) and tailoring compelling sales hooks to engage prospects.
  • Generate Appointments:
    • Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach via LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and other outbound channels.
    • Schedule follow-up appointments for introductory meetings with prospective clients.
  • Preparation & Supporting Presentations:
    • Assist in preparing tailoring presentations and portal demos to showcase Third Bridge’s value.
    • Ensure materials are on hand for in-person or virtual client meetings.
  • Client Onboarding & Support:
    • Assist in onboarding clients during trial subscriptions.
    • Manage client-specific relationship nurturing.
  • Logistics & Salesforce Management:
    • Coordinate meetings, distribute materials, and manage in-person or virtual logistics.
    • Update Salesforce CRM with contact information, communications, and appointment details for team use. Provide general support to sales reps in entry tasks.

Required Qualifications

Essential

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or sales support (exceptions reviewed based on relevant strengths).
  • Proven ability to build relationships quickly via phone and in-person engagement.
  • Strong research and collateral-gathering skills; comfortable navigating media sources (digital and traditional).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar cloud-based sales tools.
  • Results-driven mindset—ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle and meet accountability-led targets.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with outbound sales or prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM improvisation or sales data tracking.
