Sales Associate

Sales Associate – Ray‑Ban®

About the Role

Don’t just sell. Set the standard.

Ray‑Ban® is built on legendary design, real attitude, and the belief that style is a statement. In-store, this comes to life through you—how you welcome people, read the atmosphere, communicate the brand, and create an experience customers remember.

We’re looking for a Sales Associate who is customer-obsessed, commercially strong, and ready to represent a brand that challenges the norm.

What You’ll Do (and Do Brilliantly)

You’ll deliver standout service and strong results—not by pressuring customers, but by connecting authentically. You will:

  • Engage customers with energy: Welcome them warmly, ask insightful questions, and tailor recommendations to their unique needs.
  • Elevate the customer experience with confident storytelling and deep product knowledge—help them find the perfect pair, whether sunglasses or optical.
  • Support the optical journey flawlessly: Ensure prescriptions, fit, and finish meet the highest standards with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
  • Drive your personal performance while supporting store goals—identify opportunities to improve processes and uphold excellence.
  • Thrive in peak moments: Turn challenges into positive outcomes, maintaining high standards even in busy periods.
  • Adapt quickly: Embrace new tools, launches, and evolving ways of working with enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate confidently: Lend support to the team and help keep the sales floor running smoothly (because brilliance is a team effort).
  • Continuously level up: Seek feedback, refine your skills, and consistently raise your own performance standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
