About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll bring our latest collections to customers with excellence. Join a team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence and build a loyal customer base
- Responsible for CRM data gathering and quality management
- Contribute to achieving location performance targets and ensure alignment with KPIs
- Support in transaction, complaint, and return handling
- Participate in trainings to develop skills continuously
- Assist in loss prevention and stock management
- Ensure proper use of business systems and technology

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, with passion for premium fashion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Excellent commercial acumen and brand awareness
- Adaptability and flexibility to support business needs
- Eager to learn and grow
- High cultural awareness and a proactive attitude
