Purpose of the Role
You will be our passionate, customer-centric ambassador, embodying the signature Moss experience in every interaction. The role demands:
- Analytically anticipating customer needs to present tailored advice
- Driving sales and customer loyalty through hospitality and personalisation
- Delivering exceptional service that meets Moss’s Q1–3 KPIs
A successful candidate will:
- engage customers from arrival to checkout
- uphold brand values collaboratively across sales, retail, and team interactions
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
- **Consistently apply the Moss Essentials of Service **— greeting warmly, actively listening, and personalising conversations to create a welcoming journey
- Maximise every opportunity by mastering product knowledge of Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, and Ship-from-Store services
- Achieve productivity targets through professionalism and passion, delivering towards store KPIs
- Leverage customer feedback (Feefo scores, Mystery Shops) to refine service standards and boost store performance

Back-Office & Operational Excellence
- ** Assist store management** with stockroom housekeeping, including:
- Unloading and distributing new deliveries
- Maintaining cash & stock control protocols to minimise loss
- Adhering to creating and invoicing appointment bookings
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Competencies
- **Basic product knowledge—**understands offerings like tailored-made suits, hire programs, alterations, or special collections
- **POS expertise—**familiar with cash terminals, credit processing and (if applicable) stock management systems
