Sales Associate | Eton Selfridges London

Sales Associate – Eton Shirts (Selfridges, Oxford Street, London)

We are seeking enthusiastic and positive sales associates to join our Eton shirts retail team at our shop in Selfridges on Oxford Street, London. The successful candidate will be well-presented and articulate, with the confidence to deliver a luxury service and foster lasting relationships with customers.

  • A salesperson both in values and performance
  • Well-mannered, articulate, and able to communicate with customers at all levels
  • Smart, presentable, and adaptable, capable of working independently or as part of a team

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are meriting)

  • Act as an Eton brand ambassador and product expert
  • Engage customers with enthusiasm, offering a warm welcome on entry
  • Maximise sales opportunities by proactively delivering the Brand’s selling process, contributing to individual and store targets
  • Build and maintain client relationships through memorable shopping experiences
  • Represent the Custom Made collection and showcase its benefits
  • Ensure store standards are maintained, updating layouts based on current and trend-related inventory
  • Undertake stockroom duties and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the management team to maximise sales and profitability
