Are you passionate about fashion, style, and delivering exceptional customer service? We’re on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Associate to be the face of our brand on the shop floor. If you love connecting with people and have an eye for trends, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role
As a Fashion Sales Associate, you’ll play a key part in creating an inspiring and welcoming shopping experience. You’ll support customers in finding pieces they love, offer styling advice, and ensure the store looks its best at all times. Combining the “Art of Selling” with your comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a personal touch
- Assisting shoppers with product selection and styling tips
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Supporting inventory processes, restocking, and store merchandising
- Contributing to team goals and a positive store atmosphere
You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience, our teams are trusted to work with autonomy whilst ensuring; high visual merchandising standards, adequate stock levels and replenishment, championing our Harrods Rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys. You may be working across any of our departments — Menswear, Womenswear, or Childrenswear — each with its own exciting collections and loyal customer base. We’re looking for someone who can adapt to different styles and age ranges, bringing enthusiasm and product knowledge to every area.

About You
You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail or hospitality, and have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients. You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
You’re approachable, stylish, and genuinely enjoy helping others look and feel great. You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are confident in your product knowledge and communication skills.
Ideally, you have:
- Previous retail or fashion sales experience (preferred, not essential)
- A passion for fashion and strong sense of personal style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
