Sales Associate - Fast Track Programme!

Fast Tracking Your Career to Account Manager

The Opportunity

As a Sales Associate, you will learn to:

  • Provide industry insight and conduct in-depth client discovery
  • Differentiate TEKsystems’ offerings to win new business, expand existing accounts, and serve all clients exceptionally

Upon progression to Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop expertise in a sales specialism
  • Oversee and grow an account base within your designated territory

What You Will Contribute

A Sales Associate is responsible for executing TEKsystems’ Sales Fast Track Programme, including mastering:

  • The full lifecycle of IT recruitment
  • Client business initiatives and technical/cultural environments
  • Business development planning
  • Managing new and existing customer relationships with our tools and resources
  • Identifying and understanding client needs, hiring cycles, and building deep relationships
  • Crafting and presenting compelling sales information and proposals

What You Bring

Ideal candidates possess:

  • Sales experience (customer engagement preferred, either in-person or via phone) or sales internship experience
  • Client interface experience with proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships
  • A strong desire for a B2B Sales career
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including negotiation capabilities
  • Urgency, strong presentation skills, and high professionalism
  • Resilience to overcome obstacles and a collaborative mindset
  • A propensity to learn and adapt quickly
