About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate (Customer Service Associate), driving Customer Service Excellence. Responsible for nurturing a loyal customer base through ongoing interaction, you will be at the forefront of delivering world-class shopping experiences in our premium fashion and lifestyle stores.

We’re seeking driven, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced yet hospitable culture and who want their careers to rise alongside ours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Customer Service Excellence, fostering repeat customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collect and manage CRM data for meticulous quality oversight
  • Contribute to meeting their store’s performance targets and individual KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets
  • Assist with transactional processes, including complaint handling and returns management
  • Participate in regular training programs to develop professional skills continuously
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols and efficient stock management
  • Proficiently utilise business systems and technology, driving seamless operations and tool implementation

Your background will include a passion for the premium fashion industry, paired with prior experience in roles such as:
