Sales Associate – Fine Watches
Sales Associate – Fine Watches As a Sales Associate within our Fine Watches department, you will be responsible for providing world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building high quality customer relationships. You'll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £27,800 plus commission, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store and restaurants. About the Role Our Sales Associates put our clients at the heart of everything they do, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalised and memorable. You will take the time to understand and learn about our clients to tailor your approach to ensure the best service. This is a busy, active role where you'll be on your feet throughout the day, moving across the shop floor and engaging with customers. It is the responsibility of our Sales Associates to deliver exceptional sales experiences to each of our clients, through comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department, the Fine Watches market, and wider services across the store. You will also be responsible for: Understanding and executing all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance. Building relationships with the wider team through integrity and trust, and contributing to an open and effective communication channel within the team. Visual merchandising and shopfloor standards. Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements whilst highlighting the features and benefits of the products by offering related products wherever appropriate. About You You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail and sales, and have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients. You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies. You will also: Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly. Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure. You’ll be resilient, believing that anything is possible and can overcome challenges in front of you. Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team. Have a passion for the Fine Watches industry and its trends.
