Sales Associate - Fixed-Term Contract

Position:
Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

Client and Business Oriented
- Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs
- Play an active role on the selling floor
- Build up a loyal Clientele
- Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities
Operations
- Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company
- Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business
- Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer database, etc.)
- Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor
- Be involved in the Stock management and Inventory
- Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
- Maintain merchandising standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts
- Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality
- Must be customer-oriented
- Action and Sales oriented
- Excellent customer and service attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Luxury product knowledge
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
