Overview
Sales Associate – Eleventy Location: Bicester Village Contract: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week Join the world of Eleventy, where modern luxury meets timeless Italian craftsmanship. We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our growing team in Bicester Village; someone who is naturally customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, premium retail environment. Key Responsibilities: – Provide outstanding, personalised service to a diverse and international clientele – Develop deep product knowledge to support confident styling and selling – Assist with store operations including stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising – Support daily store functions, including transactions and opening/closing duties – Contribute to team performance and uphold brand standards at all times What We’re Looking For: – Previous customer-facing experience, ideally in premium or luxury retail – A proactive, responsible, and adaptable approach to work – Strong communication skills and a warm, confident manner – Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus What We Offer: – Competitive salary and team bonus scheme – Staff discount and uniform allowance – Career development opportunities within a globally expanding brand – A positive, friendly team committed to supporting one another and delivering excellence
