About the Role

Your tasks:

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver Customer Service Excellence to cultivate a customer-first experience.
  • Gather and manage CRM data accurately while overseeing quality standards.

  • Handle product transactions, responses to customer-complaints, and returns expertise.

  • Support inventory, stock control, and loss prevention, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Tactical utilization of business systems and technology—staying ahead.
  • Champion the use of all assigned tools—ensuring smooth policy compliance and adherence to guidelines.

Requirements
