About the Role

- Develop loyal repeat customers—help take our designs from the runway straight to our most champion brand devotees.

Your tasks:

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence to cultivate a customer-first experience.
- Gather and manage CRM data accurately while overseeing quality standards.
- Track and meet location-wide KPIs and personal objectives diligently.
- Handle product transactions, responses to customer-complaints, and returns expertise.
- Engage in ongoing training programs for continuous professional growth.
- Support inventory, stock control, and loss prevention, ensuring seamless operations.
- Tactical utilization of business systems and technology—staying ahead.
- Champion the use of all assigned tools—ensuring smooth policy compliance and adherence to guidelines.
Requirements
