As a key member of Dassault Systèmes' (#3DS.com) Core Manufacturing Sales team
You will work with the Growth Leaders to define and execute pipeline growth and go-to-market strategies. You will represent Dassault Systèmes externally at events and customer meetings and transform our internal operations to build new pipelines.
Program Overview & Responsibilities
Whilst you will be hired into a permanent position, the initial 12 months will align with our Graduate Program, offering you the opportunity to work with internal teams and customers on projects across a broad range of industries and product brands.
- Build a good understanding of Dassault Systèmes as a company, its history, ethos, and strategy; develop an understanding of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
- Support Industry Growth leaders in all commercial activities, whether developing new business or supporting transformation of internal operations.
- Support Sales and Commercial initiatives closely with our Client Solutions Executives, Brand sales, and Partner channels.
- Prepare proposal and sales material, track meeting actions, and support internal commercial processes.
- Organize and facilitate solution and information gathering workshops with our customers.

Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Business Studies, Economics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related degree.
- Passion and a keen interest in Business and Business Development; interest in applied AI and automation is a plus.
- Interest in selling, the sales process and managing a business.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to communicate with passion.
- Able to work in an agile environment within a culturally diverse and matrixed organisation.
- Fluent in the English language with sound communication and negotiation skills.
