Sales Associate Graduate

Sales Associate Graduate Programme – Core Manufacturing Sales

About the Role

Join Dassault Systèmes’ (#3DS.com) Core Manufacturing Sales team as a Sales Associate Graduate in Warwick, working closely with Growth Leaders to define and execute pipeline growth and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. As a key team member, you will:

  • Represent Dassault Systèmes externally through customer meetings and industry events
  • Transform internal operations to build new pipeline and drive business expansion
  • Collaborate across industries: Transportation & Mobility (T&M), Aerospace & Defence (A&D), Marine & Offshore (M&O), and Industrial Equipment (IE)

Program Overview

You will participate in the 2026 Graduate Programme, which pairs business development exposure with hands-on commercial experience. The initial 12-month graduate rotation is designed to help you transition into a permanent position within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build practical insights into Dassault Systèmes as a company, including:
    • Understanding the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its role in driving Experience Economy innovation
    • Familiarising yourself with Core Manufacturing Solution Experiences and associated bench demonstrations
    • Completing all required training modules

  • Represent Dassault externally and contribute to pipeline growth:

    • Support Industry Growth Leaders across all commercial initiatives, including new business development and operational transformation
    • Work closely with Client Solutions Executives, Brand Sales, and Partner Channels to build transformational business value propositions based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
    • Organise solution and information workshops for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in proposal and sales support:

    • Prepare proposal materials and track meeting actions
    • Support internal commercial processes to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborative and flexible work environment:

    • Thrive in a culturally diverse, matrixed team within an agile organisation

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking ambitious Business Studies, Economics, Engineering, or related graduate degree candidates who:

  • Demonstrate a passion for Business and Business Development, with an optional applied AI and automation interest (preferred bless)
  • Can articulate a strong interest in selling, including knowledge of the sales process and business growth strategies
  • Bring commercial awareness, with exceptional verbal/written English and communication/negotiation skills
  • Display and enthusiasm for diverse professional environments
