The Role
We are currently searching for a Sales Associate to join the team to:
- Maximise sales revenue within the store
- Build a strong client base
- Provide an entrepreneurial level of customer service that sets the highest benchmark for the brand

This role is on a 24-hour per-week contract.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service

Set the sales benchmark in store, consistently driving sales, achieving personal sales targets and enabling other sales colleagues to do the same.

Create and maintain a dynamic, positive team environment conducive to generating sales.
- Greet, advise, and assist clients.
- Guide customers to the best products for their needs.

Confidently and professionally answer client questions and queries, cross-sell, and upsell across all products.

Prioritise the customer at all times, setting customer-service standards that exceed expectations in luxury retail.
- Be fully conversant with:
- All products and services
- Product care, waxing, and customisation
- Aftersales and stock availability
- Be fully conversant with:

Ensure customer-service levels consistently meet and exceed company expectations.

Act as a role model for customer service and sales standards.

Stay updated on local events and current affairs to facilitate meaningful client conversations.

Develop strong internal customer service with other Belstaff Stores and Head Office.

Professionally handle customer complaints and issues.

Understand Belstaff’s Global and International positioning.
Stock & Security
- All Belstaff stock is the responsibility of the entire team.
- Follow Company and Store Security procedures.
- Adhere to tagging and security systems.
- Protect stock at all times and act upon potential theft risks.
- Maintain shop-floor and back-of-house standards.
- Participate in audits and counts.

Visual Merchandising
- Ensure merchandising aligns with Belstaff’s image and store objectives.
- Keep stock:
- Correctly labelled and tagged.
- Available and well-presented on the shop floor.
- In the best possible condition.
Miscellaneous Responsibilities
- Liaise with Store Manager and other Managers on:
- Safety and profitability.
- Legal store matters.
- Follow company rules and HSE legislation.
- Perform additional duties as required by the company.
