H Beauty is no normal beauty hall, with interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focused on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

As a Sales Associate in our Harrods Gift Shop, you’ll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £26,740 + commission, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate within our bustling and vibrant Harrods Gift Shop, you will be selling a curated range of Harrods branded products, including confectionery, stationery, souvenirs, and more!

You will be the face of our iconic brand, and will be responsible for creating world-class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Sales Associates take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the “Art of Selling” with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.

Housing the world’s leading luxury beauty brands, our teams are curious, collaborative, and ambitious. They are at the forefront of industry trends and strive to exceed in every aspect of the role. You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience, our teams are trusted to work with autonomy whilst ensuring:

  • High visual merchandising standards
  • Adequate stock levels and replenishment
  • Championing our My Beauty rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys
