We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Home Entertainment team.

In this role, you’ll bring dining, hosting, and lifestyle concepts to life—helping customers create memorable moments in their homes through curated products, exceptional service, and an inspiring in-store experience.

Whether it’s supporting customers to choose beautiful tableware, advising on décor trends, or demonstrating the latest home-entertaining solutions, you’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and expert-led experience.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional service by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and offering expert advice on home entertainment products.
  • Drive sales by recommending complementary items and highlighting new-in collections, seasonal ranges, and best-sellers.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure displays are inspiring, tidy, and reflective of brand guidelines.
  • Build product knowledge across tableware, serveware, décor, seasonal entertaining, and gifting.
  • Support stock management including deliveries, replenishment, and stockroom organisation.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.
  • Use point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions for customers.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and curiosity.

We Are Looking For

  • Genuine passion for home entertaining, lifestyle, or interior décor.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a naturally warm and confident approach.
  • A strong sales mindset and ability to deliver great customer experiences.
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, positive, and proactive work style.
