Sales Associate (Permanent/Part-Time) – Timberland, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth
At Timberland, part of the VF family, we’re looking for a passionate Sales Associate (permanent/part-time, 10hrs) to join our team in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience—and you’ll have the full support of a global organisation, while taking ownership at an individual store level.
Key Responsibilities
Your role includes but is not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service, treating everyone with respect and delivering a standard of care that exceeds expectations.
- Building in-depth knowledge of Timberland products and staying aligned with brand trends and market positioning.
- Ensuring the shop floor and stockroom adhere to merchandising standards and operational procedures.
- Maintaining a dynamic, friendly retail environment that reflects our brand values.
- Following all VF and Timberland policies while handling tasks with enthusiasm and initiative.
