Retail Associate – Bricks & Opportunities

Core Responsibilities

Your tasks will be assigned by your Floor Leader in duty. Here’s what your role involves:

Signature Guest Experience

  • Ensure every guest visiting our LEGO stores receives an exceptional experience by:
    • Welcoming every customer upon arrival
    • Handling all cash register functions with professionalism
    • Maintaining a friendly, engaging, and gracious demeanour at all times

Store Excellence & Compliance

  • Uphold the LEGO Brand Vision through:
    • Daily cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and safety
    • Organising and updating store displays in alignment with LBR (LEGO Brand Retail) visual standards
    • Assisting in receiving and sorting merchandise
    • Adhering to safety regulations and promptly reporting stock shortage concerns
