Retail Associate – Bricks & Opportunities
Core Responsibilities
Your tasks will be assigned by your Floor Leader in duty. Here’s what your role involves:
Signature Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest visiting our LEGO stores receives an exceptional experience by:
- Welcoming every customer upon arrival
- Handling all cash register functions with professionalism
- Maintaining a friendly, engaging, and gracious demeanour at all times
Store Excellence & Compliance
- Uphold the LEGO Brand Vision through:
- Daily cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Organising and updating store displays in alignment with LBR (LEGO Brand Retail) visual standards
- Assisting in receiving and sorting merchandise
- Adhering to safety regulations and promptly reporting stock shortage concerns
