Overview

Our flagship store at Bicester Village stands as a key presence within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury retail destinations, welcoming a high volume of domestic and international clientele. Following an extensive refurbishment, the store reopens with a renewed and elevated expression of the brand- presenting the full Ralph Lauren lifestyle within a space that reflects our heritage, craftsmanship and authenticity. As we enter this next chapter, we are seeking a Sales Associate who will play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience and supporting the continued evolution of this iconic location. We are recruiting for the following contracts in our Menswear department: 24 and 16 hours

  • Storytelling with Authenticity You bring depth to every client interaction, confidently articulating our sensibilities and provide memorable experiences to our customers that feels genuine and tailored.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience within a luxury retail setting is ideal but not essential, consistently delivering elevated client experiences
  • Confident communicator and able to multitask during peak trading periods
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to fulfilling customer needs.
  • Ability to maintain brand standards through impeccable presentation and grooming.
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
