Job Title: Sales Associate
Hours & Shifts: 15.75 hours per week:
- Thursday: 07:30 – 12:30
- Friday: 08:30 – 12:45
- Saturday: 08:30 – 15:45
About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll thrive in a vibrant, engaging, and dynamic retail environment. Our team values passion, collaboration, and exceptional customer service—here’s what you can expect:
- Customer Service: Use your product knowledge to deliver a seamless shopping experience, from finding the perfect outfit to assisting with purchases.
- Brand Bra Experience: Provide expert bra fittings, ensuring customers leave with expert recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Visual Merchandising: Train to curate engaging product displays and布局, guiding customers toward discovery.
- Store Standards: Maintain store balance—manage deliveries, restock shelves, support loss prevention, and adhere to health and safety protocols.
