The Opportunity

Sales Associate (Fast Track Pathway)

In this role, you’ll learn to deliver high-value insights, conduct targeted discovery, and differentiate our offerings—setting the stage for long-term success. You’ll:

  • Provide client-facing discovery to win new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Develop deep client relationships while excelling in customer service.
  • Master our Sales Fast Track Programme, preparing you for full transition into Account Manager responsibilities.

Account Manager – Your Next Step

Once you progress, you’ll:

  • Specialize in sales expertise and manage a designated account base.
  • Drive client growth while collaborating with our client strategy and leadership teams.

What You’ll Contribute as a Sales Associate

As part of the Sales Fast Track Programme, you’ll master:

  • Full lifecycle knowledge of IT recruitment processes.
  • Deep client insights—understanding their business needs, IT initiatives, technical/cultural fit.
  • Business development skills to strategise customer approaches effectively.
  • Relationship-building techniques—establishing ties with prospective clients while aligning with their hiring cycles.
  • Tailored proposals—designing and presenting compelling sales materials.

Key Requirements

We seek individuals who can:

  • Up to 1-year experience in recruitment (ideal but not mandatory).
  • Proven customer interfacing or relationship-building experience—showing you can nurture connections.
  • Passion for B2B sales—craving challenges and growth in a commercial environment.
  • Sharp communication skills—confident negotiation and persuasion for client-facing roles.
  • High standards of urgency, professionalism, and resilience—the drive to push through obstacles while collaborating seamlessly.
  • A hunger to learn—thriving in training and rapidly adapting to industry changes.
