Sales Associate – Contract Roles

Contract Duration Options:

  • x1 32-hour per-week contract
  • x1 24-hour per-week contract

About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to maximise in-store revenue, foster customer loyalty, and advocate for gruelling, unapologetic customer service that embodies Belstaff’s entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Set sales performance benchmarks, consistently exceeding targets both individually and by inspiring colleagues.
  • Deploy luxury retail customer service standards, ensuring every customer feels greeted, guided, and valued.
  • Professionally answer queries on products—care instructions, waxing, customisation, stock availability, and aftersales support.
  • Cross-sell and upsell confidently across all product categories, walking customers through the full in-store collection.
  • Stay informed about local events and trends, sparking meaningful engagement and conversation.
  • Build positive internal networks beyond the store, reinforcing seamless collaborations with other Belstaff outlets and Head Office.

Stock & Security

  • Uphold strict stock management—ensuring tagging, security protocols, and display standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to audits and count activities while protecting stock from damage or theft.
  • Store inventory hygienically and securely, including back-of-house compliance.

Visual MerchANDISING

  • Present stock that aligns with Belstaff’s image and commercial goals, maintaining consistent on-shelf brand integrity.
  • Ensure labels, tags, and presentation reflect Belstaff’s premium positioning. Return or stores damaged stock to maintain market appeal.

Operations & Growth

  • Collaborate with Store Manager and supervisors on store profitability, HSE compliance, and daily challenges.
  • foster a safety-conscious culture supported by fair, legally sound operations.

Company & HSE Alignment

  • Adhere to company policies, HSE legislation, and security procedures.
  • Carry out additional duties as warranted by role requirements, skills, or management directives.
