£27,200 basic salary (£35-40k OTE Year 1, £70-100k OTE year 2)

What You'll Do
- Engage with existing and potential clients via phone and in-person meetings
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers
- Win new business through strategic negotiation and market insight
- Partner with clients to understand and solve their project challenges
- Conduct industry research to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For
- No prior experience in recruitment required
- Sales experience is ideal
- Bachelor’s degree (desirable but not essential)
- Energetic, confident, and highly motivated personality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Clear personal and professional goals
