Your Tasks
- Ensure an all-round successful customer experience, offering both comprehensive and personal service through your expertise and open personality.
- As our brand ambassador, convey the value and quality of our products through your competent support.
- Confidently use our cash register system and process daily closings, exchanges, or refunds precisely and responsibly.
- Maintain an overview and good mood, even in hectic situations.
- Ensure our products are presented in an inviting way in accordance with specified guidelines.
- Work with colleagues to carry out general storage tasks and replenish goods on the shop floor.

Your Profile
- Initial professional experience in high-quality (shoe) retail.
- Enjoy being in contact with people, are eager to learn, and enjoy being a competent contact person for our customers.
- Inspire colleagues and customers with your positive personality.
- Very good English skills; other languages are an advantage.
- Enthusiastic about our products, able to identify with the Birkenstock brand, and keen to make a difference with us.
