Role Description
The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brighton. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers by phone, email, and in person, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations for blinds and related solutions. The Sales Associate will manage basic administrative tasks related to sales, including receiving and checking in orders from manufacturers. This role also involves maintaining product displays, ensuring the showroom is presentable, and following up with customers to support installation scheduling and after-sales care. Collaboration with colleagues and clear communication with customers are essential to achieving sales targets and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Experience or knowledge of blind products is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening and clear, respectful communication.
- Smart, professional appearance.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, including handling enquiries, closing sales, and managing follow-ups.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing orders, paperwork, and scheduling.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changing customer needs.
