About the Role

Brand Ambassador & Sales Associate

Join our dedicated team at HUGO BOSS UK Ltd in Manchester’s Trafford Centre and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be instrumental in driving customer loyalty, customer service excellence, and commercial success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Customer Service Excellence and build a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers
  • Gather and manage CRM data while ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Contribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs
  • Handle transactions, complaints, and returns efficiently
  • Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop skills
  • Support loss prevention and stock management initiatives
  • Ensure proficient use of business systems and technology
  • Drive compliance with policies and procedures/execution of all available tools

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Deep understanding of the premium fashion industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and proactive
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • High cultural knowledge and awareness
  • Positive and energetic attitude
