Sales Associate (Part Time) - Bicester
Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly and quarterly budgets and KPI’s goals through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques Put forward marketing initiatives for the boutique to drive awareness, footfall, and sales to the Boutique Manager. Be presentable, in line with company guidelines, on the shop floor and when representing the brand. Demonstrate ability to proactively recruit new clientele. Provide customers with product knowledge and recommendations on which Bremont products best suit their needs. Cultivate and maintain good relationships with existing clients. Ensure a best-in-class client experience acting as an ambassador for the company. Deliver consistent first-class customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty. Ensuring live chats are attended to daily and in line with company expectations. For all communication, client and internal use excellent written skills, with a swift response and ensuring accurate information is given. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Provide support at other Boutiques when required for the needs of the business. Ensure events run smoothly by assisting with set up and take down, meet and greet guests and find opportunity to connect, with an objective of building a client relationship. Receive and distribute service/repair watches – liaise with Customer Service team to ensure customers are given great customer service and follow up throughout this process. Take pride in the boutique environment with visual merchandising and ensuring the boutique is in line with model store standards to match the quality of our product. Actively participating in in-store events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to generate excitement and sales. Addressing customer concerns with grace and professionalism, finding solutions to maintain satisfaction. Staying updated on current fashion trends and industry news to inform customer interactions. Embodying the brand image through professional demeanour, attire, and communication style. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized attention, and follow-ups. Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including those regarding returns, exchanges, and counterfeit detection. Be vigilant about store security, ensuring high-value items are protected, and assist in preventing theft or fraud. Ensure compliance for GDPR Data protection requirements and adhere to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information held. Work as part of a team, collaborating with other associates, managers, and support staff to ensure smooth store operations.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
A hard working and reliable attitude Proven success of working in a fast-paced and changing environment, who delivers against objectives. Effective merchandising skills and attention to detail 2-year minimum luxury retail experience Strong grasp of both mainstream and niche watch brands Independently motivated along with strong interpersonal skills Excellent presentation and written skills Extensive IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (minimum intermediate Excel)

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Standard weekly working hours are: 20 hours per week Shop opening hours are: Monday to Saturday 9am - 9pm and Sunday 10am- 7pm This role works autonomously, in line with the boutique manager. National travel is required. Probation process 4 months standard Notice period – 2 months
