The Alliance: Early-Career Sales Associate – Delegate & Membership Sales
The Company
When it comes to digital communities, The Alliance is setting the standard. From product marketing, sales enablement, and product-led growth to AI, customer success, and roles for CMOs, we foster thriving professional communities.
With 70,000+ members and a steady pipeline of events, memberships, and learning products, we help individuals and teams accelerate their careers. We work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands—proving ourselves as a high-impact learning partner, not just another events provider.
We’re ambitious, fast-moving, and still in our early stages—meaning real ownership, steep growth, andShape the future now.
About The Role
We’re hiring early-career Sales Associates to join our Delegate & Membership sales team. Look for candidates who bring energy, curiosity, and a driven attitude for commercial success.
This is a junior role by design. Prior experience? Less relevant. What matters? Your ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and handle challenges with confidence. We’ll teach you selling from scratch: prospecting, qualifying leads, overcoming objections, managing a pipeline, and closing deals—all while engaging with senior executives at leading tech companies.
Your focus will be on events, memberships, and learning solutions across major markets, including London, New York, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and more. Over time, you may grow into senior sales or specialist commercial roles.
This isn’t about arriving pre-formed—it’s about building confidence, capability, and momentum through hands-on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
