Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + Commission & Benefits

Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, your key duties will include:
- Building and nurturing client relationships through personalised, high-touch clienteling and consultative service
- Driving sales success by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and maximising every client interaction
- Creating a seamless, premium shopping experience that aligns with the brand’s heritage, values, and luxury standards
- Proactively engaging with clients—whether through in-store appointments, follow-ups, or outreach
- Supporting boutique sales targets by collaborating with the team to maintain exceptional retail standards
