Sales Associate | London | Base Salary + Commission
Location: London
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
We are partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion house to recruit a Sales Associate for their boutique in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, delivers exceptional service, and enjoys building long-lasting client relationships while driving strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional luxury experience for every client
- Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Maximise sales through confident cross-selling and upselling
- Support CRM and data-capture initiatives
- Maintain strong product knowledge and brand awareness
- Uphold impeccable visual merchandising and boutique standards
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, deliveries, and inventory tasks
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall business goals

About You
- Experience in luxury or premium retail is essential
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset
- Polished, professional, and detail-oriented
- Positive, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced luxury setting
