We’re growing our sales team, and are looking for motivated, driven individuals to help drive forward revenue and develop their career as we develop EMJ to become the go-to place for healthcare professionals globally.

The Associate team and role can be thought of as an ‘academy’, or the perfect first role in your sales career, where you will be working closely with one of our Senior Sales team to source and set up opportunities that generate revenue for the business. You will be instrumental in supporting Senior Sales throughout the whole sales process, gaining hands-on experience and tailored training.

What We Offer

  • Fast Career Progression – Start as a Sales Associate, where you’ll get 1:1 training and mentorship to set you up with all the core sales skills you need to be successful. Many of our top performers started right here and quickly progressed into a full sales role!
  • Truly Uncapped Earning Potential – Our commission structure is simple, earn 3% commission on all revenue you generate (OTE: £40k+ in your first year). No commission caps — your hard work directly translates to how much you earn.
  • High-Performance High-Energy Team – Join a team of over 20 sales professionals who support one another with every aspect of the role, push each other to be better and most importantly celebrate wins together.
  • A Fun, Engaging Workplace – From team socials, like our monthly sales dinners, Friday 5-a-side-football, extended lunches to exercise, our legendary Summer Ball and our buddy programme that helps you settle in; you’ll feel part of a team and something special.
  • Great Benefits – Private medical insurance, mental health support, a paid volunteering day, and more! We take care of our people inside and outside of work.
  • Exciting Travel Opportunities – As you progress, you’ll get the chance to visit industry events, attend client meetings, and represent EMJ at congresses all over the world – from Paris to Perth!
  • Long-Term Progression – This is just the start! Whether you want to lead a team, move into senior sales, or explore new career paths, we encourage and support you to be in charge of your own progression.
  • Generous Holiday Allowance – Enjoy 25 days of annual leave, increasing by one day each year up to 30 days – plus bank holidays.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
