The Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Aspinal of London, bringing our brand to life through exceptional service, product expertise, and genuine connections with our clients.
You'll create a luxury shopping experience that feels personal, engaging, and memorable, whether welcoming customers in store, supporting virtual shopping appointments, or building lasting relationships through clienteling.

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Share your product knowledge and passion for Aspinal craftsmanship to inspire customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalised service and clienteling.
- Support virtual shopping appointments, connecting with customers beyond the store environment.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Represent the Aspinal brand with confidence, professionalism, and authenticity.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain outstanding store standards.

About You
You'll be passionate about luxury retail and motivated by delivering experiences that go beyond expectations. You'll enjoy building relationships, have a natural flair for selling, and take pride in representing a premium British brand.
You'll Have
