Permanent- Full-time, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do: As a Sales Associate, you will: Provide exceptional customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of the product. Develop detailed knowledge of the product in order to provide exceptional customer service. Build, develop, and maintain your own client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do. Resolve customer complaints promptly. Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes. Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities. Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store’s performance.
