- Saturday: 09:00 — 13:00
About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll thrive in an energetic, customer-focused environment. Here’s a snapshot of what your role entails:
- Customer Service – Deliver exceptional shopping experiences by guiding customers to the perfect fit, answering queries, and assisting with purchases at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – Provide expert bra fittings, ensuring customers feel confident in their choices with tailored advice on size and fit.
- Visual Merchandising – Train in presentations that sell: create dynamic displays to highlight key products, helping customers discover both their needs and aspirations.
- Store Standards – Uphold front-of-store and back-of-house excellence, including:
- Managing efficient deliveries
- Maintaining in-stock levels
- Supporting loss prevention initiatives
- Adhering to health and safety protocols
