Sales Associate
SHIFTS 10 hours per week
- Friday 09:00 – 15:30
- Saturday 17:00 – 21:00
About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll thrive in a dynamic and engaging retail environment, supported by a team passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
No day is the same—here’s a snapshot of what you’ll experience:
- Customer Service – Use your passion for our products to create outstanding interactions, from product recommendations to seamless checkout experiences.
- Brand Bra Experience – Offer expert guidance on fitting, sizing, and style advice to customers.
- Visual Merchandising – Receive training to curate and present our products attractively, helping customers discover both familiar favourites and hidden gems.
- Store Standards – Maintain high standards across all operations, including:
- Assisting with deliveries
- Managing stock replenishment
- Supporting loss prevention
- Adhering to health & safety protocols
About You
This role is for someone with:
- A passion for retail and an enthusiasm for enhancing customer experiences, whether front or back of house.
- A customer-centric mindset – eager to learn, upskill, and benefit from our training programmes.
- A desire to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- Strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
