Job Description

A variety of hours are available, starting from 6 hours per week. Your preferences and availability will be discussed further should you progress to the interview stage. At that point, available contracts, including shift days and times, will also be discussed.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

No two days are ever the same, and that’s part of the fun! Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Customer Service: Share your love of our products and deliver exceptional experiences, from helping customers find their perfect fit to making every purchase seamless and memorable.
  • Brand Bra Experience: Bring our brand bra fitting experience to life, offering customers expert advice as to their size and what styles suit their needs best.
  • Visual Merchandising: With training, you’ll own the merchandising and presentation of our products, creating beautiful displays that guide customers to what they need… and what they didn’t even know they wanted.
  • Keeping Store Standards: You’ll keep the store looking and running its best – from stock replenishment and deliveries to loss prevention and health & safety – making sure every visit feels seamless and inspiring.
