Who are we?
At Kinly, we are founded upon personal experience looking after older relatives, and each member of our team is dedicated to our mission - helping older people to live independently for longer. By helping people navigate and unlock support at both a national and local level, and delivering high-tech solutions in ways that are simple, human, and accessible, we aim to reduce barriers to access and generate broad societal impact.

Salary: £29,000 per year

What you'll be doing:
- Speaking with customers and understanding their needs.
- Guiding customers through our products and services.
- Balancing compassion with competency.
- Providing clear, honest and helpful guidance.
- Continuously developing your knowledge and skills through coaching and training.
- Working with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Contributing to a start-up style culture.
You don't need to know everything on day one. We'll give you:
- Comprehensive training on our products, systems, sales approach, and customer experience standards.
