Your mission is to create a unique and personalised customer experience. You will:
- Welcome, advise and retain customers by delivering an exceptional and differentiated shopping experience
- Build long-lasting relationships through attentive and expert customer service
- Support the implementation of visual merchandising and ensure the store’s attractiveness
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving KPI performance
Profile
We are looking for passionate individuals who love fashion and purpose, and who are eager to join a brand undergoing transformation. You stand out through:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong appetite for challenge
- Your ability to turn every customer interaction into a successful experience
- A vibrant, dynamic, bold and curious personality
- Strong team spirit and a desire to contribute to a positive and motivating work environment
- Previous experience in sales within Fashion, Beauty or Lifestyle is an advantage but not essential
