What You'll Do
Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
- Deliver in store services with confidence (e.g., engraving, welding and aftercare)
Supporting the Team
- Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
- Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
Delivering Efficiency
- Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (e.g., stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
What You’ll Bring

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer expectations are achieved
