Sales Associate (W/M) - Conduit St.
Berluti, the unique men's Maison of the LVMH Group, was born in Paris in 1895 and has been elevated over four successive generations of the Berluti family, cultivating the art of excellence and know-how in footwear, while developing a passion for leather and patina. In 2005, the Maison launched its leather goods collection and, in 2011, a ready-to-wear collection.
Today, the clothing and footwear collections, bespoke or ready-to-wear, and a wide range of accessories, offer an innovative lifestyle while remaining rooted in the Berluti spirit. Attention to detail and respect for cutting and assembly rules constitute the cornerstone of the Maison's know-how.
Today, Berluti is present in more than 25 countries through 70 stores.
Berluti is currently looking for a full-time Sales Associate (W/M) for our Conduit St. store, located in London.
The Sales Associate will be a true Ambassador and key partner to maximise all sales opportunities while maintaining our standards in all areas. He/she will engage the clients in our universe with enthusiasm and passion by providing an unique experience.
Job Responsibilities
Based in Harrods, London, the Sales Associates will report to the Store Manager and his/her Assistant. The main missions will be:
1/ Sales Management
Create a extraordinary and unique experience for our customers. Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor. Meet Sales goals and objectives. Acquire Berluti technical skills for sales and product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities. Complete the necessary administration according to the policies in place.
2/ Clienteling :
Ensure the highest level of Customer Service, complying with the Berluti’s quality standards, and to the selling ceremony. Cultivate new and existant relationship with local and international customers. Demonstrate strong product expertise and passion. Respect the CRM practices (mailings, e-mailings, thank you letters, etc.) and make reports to the Central team. Assist and support after sales service in accordance with Maison values. Be aware of the industry news and competitors.

3/ Operations
Participate in regular checks and in necessary supply stocking/restocking Ensure compliance in all areas with Berluti policies (operations & security) at all times. Maintain inventory accuracy. Meet all KPI objectives. Maintain the Visual Merchandising standards and the store condition as set forth by the HQ.

Profile
At least 5 years minimum of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting. You are an agile talent with positive mindset and excellent cross-selling skills. Strong leadership for business results with a passion for creativity and the Maison. Service and client oriented, good communication. Demonstrate team work in all times. Fluent in English.
