Overview

Our flagship store at Bicester Village stands as a key presence within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury retail destinations, welcoming a high volume of domestic and international clientele. Following an extensive refurbishment, the store reopens with a renewed and elevated expression of the brand—presenting the full Ralph Lauren lifestyle within a space that reflects our heritage, craftsmanship, and authenticity. As we enter this next chapter, we are seeking a Sales Associate who will play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience and supporting the continued evolution of this iconic location. We are recruiting for the following contracts in our Womenswear department: 32 and 16 hours.

Responsibilities

    You understand how to navigate a high-footfall environment while maintaining a personalized, considered approach. You build lasting relationships that encourage loyalty and return visits.

    You recognize that storytelling and performance are interconnected. You are confident working towards key metrics while preserving the integrity of the client experience.
  • Professional Presence
    You represent the brand with credibility, refinement, and attention to detail, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience within a luxury retail setting is ideal but not essential, consistently delivering elevated client experiences
  • Confident communicator and able to multitask during peak trading periods
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to fulfilling customer needs
  • Ability to maintain brand standards through impeccable presentation and grooming
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
