Client Advisor (Sales Associate) – Boutique Role at Brunello Cucinelli

About the Role

The Client Advisor serves as a key representative of Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy, embodying the brand’s signature luxury and care in every interaction. This role involves personally representing the brand to customers while demonstrating deep knowledge of Solomeo’s products, aesthetics, and philosophy. Here’s how excellence is delivered:

  • Representation and storytelling: Translating the brand’sFine quality craftsmanship and materials to customers from creation to final presentation.
  • Service excellence: Ensuring a unique, high-end retail experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.
  • Personal presentation: Embracing casual elegance in appearance, aligning with the refined ethos of Brunello Cucinelli.
  • Attentive engagement: Cultivating relationships through service, collaboration, and support throughout the boutique.
  • Selling across the season: Mastering the latest collections through seasonal training to confidently guide customers through the brand’s curated propositions, from garments to lifestyle accessories.

Core Responsibilities

The role spans creative and operational aspects, ensuring the boutique functions as a proper reflection of the brand:

  • Customer-facing excellence
    • Deliver authentic branding, product knowledge, and customer support that’s attuned to Brunello Cucinelli’s signature excellence.
    • Guide customers through collections in a manner sensitive to the brand’s story, from mano-à-main craftsmanship to Italian-made elegance.
    • Maintain professionalism and discretion, reflecting the brand’s inherited values.

  • Retail service and sales

    • Provide tailored assistance with product selections, ensuring a seamless and elevate shopping experience.
    • Engage customers with poise and expertise, upholding the standards of high-end retail.
    • Balance the needs of international clientele, offering both flexibility and consistency.
  • Visual & scenographic maintenance

    • Coordinate everyday and seasonal window displays, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics.
    • Manage in-store displays, keeping presentations polished and inviting.
    • Maintain overall boutique presentation standards.
  • Inventory & warehouse coordination

    • Partner with Store Manager to organise displays for practical access while preserving visual appeal.
    • Ensure inventory medness alignment with demands, without compromise on presentation or clarity.
    • Support supply chains with efficiently managed stock and availability.

Key Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in retail, ideally within luxury or apparel.
  • Exceptional English fluency (written and conversational) due to international clientele.
  • Keen sense of fashion trends, details, and quality.
  • Ability to ensure equanimity in social interactions, combining passion with discretion.

  • Understanding of luxury branding and Italian-made heritage.
