Role Description

- Communicating with prospective buyers and tenants
- Understanding their requirements
- Presenting suitable property options
- Coordinating virtual viewings
- Preparing and sharing property information
- Assisting in negotiating terms under the supervision of senior sales staff

The role also involves:
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Following up on leads
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales targets
The Sales Associate is expected to uphold company standards of service, represent the brand professionally, and contribute to a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client relationship skills, including lead follow-up, prospect engagement, and basic negotiation abilities.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Comfort with digital tools and remote work technologies, such as CRM systems, video conferencing, and online property platforms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of or interest in the Dubai real estate market and property types; prior real estate or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering transparent and service-oriented client interactions.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
