We’re looking for a Sales Associate who understands that true luxury lies in the details—from welcoming customers with grace to guiding them with personalised confidence.


What You’ll Do

You’ll deliver premium service and strong performance by:

  • Greeting every customer with presence and warmth, asking the right questions, and tailoring recommendations that genuinely match their needs.
  • Staying calm, confident, and professional during busy moments while resolving challenges with care.
  • Using product knowledge and storytelling to recommend with confidence, support conversions, and contribute to store targets.
  • Taking the initiative to support the floor and step in where needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Supporting onboarding, sharing expertise, and contributing to a collaborative, high-standard environment.
  • Building deep product knowledge—mastering brand heritage, materials, and craftsmanship.
